Commercial Vehicle Wraps & Signage

WrapStyle Sydney helps businesses brand work vehicles with printed wraps, lettering and graphics. From a single tradie’s ute to delivery vans and company fleets, the right layout makes it clear who you are, what you do and how to contact you.

Need a new design? Our connected design studio, WrapStyle Graphics, can develop the artwork. Already have a design? Send it to WrapStyle Sydney for a production and installation assessment.

Custom vehicle graphics, commercial branding and personal liveries, from artwork to installation.

Full Wraps, Partial Wraps or Simple Vehicle Signage?

You do not need to cover every panel to create useful business signage. Choose the coverage around your message, vehicle and budget.

Lettering, Logos & Decals

A focused arrangement of your logo, services and contact details can be a good starting point for a work vehicle. This option keeps much of the original paint visible and puts the emphasis on the information customers need.

Partial Vehicle Wraps

A partial wrap uses selected areas of the vehicle for printed graphics. The existing vehicle colour becomes part of the design, so it is worth considering from the start rather than treating it as background.

Full Commercial Wraps

A full wrap gives the design more room across the vehicle’s exterior. It can suit businesses that want a stronger change in appearance or a broader branded layout. The panels included, joins, edges and any areas left exposed need to be agreed for the particular vehicle.

Not sure which approach suits your business? Send photos and an outline of what you want the signage to communicate. We can discuss the coverage before the project is finalised.

Custom Wraps & Personal Liveries

A custom wrap can be quiet or bold. A partial design may focus on a few carefully placed elements; a full livery can use colour, graphics and pattern across the exterior. The design should work with the vehicle’s shape, panel divisions and the distances from which it will be seen.

WrapStyle Graphics develops the creative direction for personal liveries, motorsport-inspired graphics, camouflage designs and other custom projects. Share colours, references, themes and how much original paint you want to retain. Photographs, illustrations and logos can form part of the brief, with the required reproduction rights confirmed before use.

Already have a finished design? WrapStyle Sydney can assess the supplied artwork for production and fit.

Vehicle Branding That Gets the Message Across

A work vehicle gives your business space to be seen while it goes about its normal day. Good signage uses that space carefully.

Start with your business name, your main service and a clear contact detail. A busy panel filled with small text can be difficult to read, particularly when someone only has a moment to look. A recognisable logo, considered colours and a simple message help people understand your business without having to study the vehicle.

The artwork also needs to work around doors, handles and the shape of the body. A design that looks right on a screen still needs to make sense on the actual van, ute or truck.

Van Signage, Ute Wraps & Fleet Graphics

Different work vehicles offer different spaces for branding:

  • Vans: Use the larger side and rear areas to introduce the business and its services.
  • Utes: Plan the message around the cab, tub or canopy rather than assuming every model has the same usable panels.
  • Trucks and trailers: Consider how the layout reads across larger areas and separate sections of the vehicle.
  • Company cars: Keep the branding appropriate to the vehicle and the way it is used.
  • Mixed fleets: Carry a consistent identity across different models without forcing the same layout onto every body shape.

For a fleet enquiry, include the number of vehicles and a list of makes, models and years. Tell us which vehicles can be made available and whether there is a rollout deadline. This gives the team the information needed to discuss a practical installation schedule.

Vehicle Condition & Wrap Preparation

Please mention old signage, ceramic coatings, resprayed panels, peeling paint or known damage when you enquire. Photos help with an initial discussion, but an inspection may be needed to confirm preparation and suitability.

A wrap should not be treated as a repair for damaged paintwork. Existing defects and previous repairs can affect both installation and later removal. If the vehicle is leased, tell us early and check the owner’s requirements before proceeding.

The film and laminate should suit the surface, finish and intended use. Confirm the materials and any applicable product terms as part of the quotation rather than assuming every commercial wrap uses the same specification.

We work with materials from 3M, Avery Dennison and Orafol where suitable for the project, with the exact product confirmed in the quotation.

Reflective, Window & Special-Purpose Graphics

Reflective graphics, security identification, emergency-vehicle graphics and window graphics need their own assessment for the intended use. We discuss suitable materials, visibility and any applicable requirements before production.

Rear-window and side-window graphics, including see-through film where suitable, must be planned around the vehicle and the driver’s visibility. For police, fire, public-safety or other specialist vehicles, provide the required specifications and approvals with your enquiry. We confirm the actual scope rather than assume every vehicle uses the same solution.

From Your Brief to the Finished Vehicle

1. Send the Vehicle Details

Share the make, model, year and current colour, plus clear photos of both sides, the front and the rear. Include your logo, existing artwork or references, and tell us whether you are considering lettering, a partial wrap or a full wrap.

2. Develop or Check the Artwork

If you need a new design, WrapStyle Graphics agrees the creative scope, design fee and timing with you. If your own designer has prepared artwork, WrapStyle Sydney reviews it for the vehicle and printing requirements. Supplying a logo alone is different from supplying a finished vehicle layout.

3. Agree the Production Quote & Booking

Printing and installation are quoted separately from design. The production scope depends on the approved artwork, coverage, materials and vehicle preparation. Raise any deadline or restrictions on vehicle availability before booking so the arrangements can be confirmed.

4. Prepare, Print & Install

The vehicle surface and any existing graphics need assessment before new film is fitted. Preparation, printing and installation are planned for the agreed job, with care guidance for the materials used.

A Wrapstock design can provide a starting point, with licensing and adaptation work confirmed for your project.

What Does Commercial Vehicle Signage Cost?

The price depends on the work involved, not just the vehicle’s size. The main factors include:

  • New design work or changes to supplied artwork.
  • The amount of coverage and complexity of the layout.
  • The selected film and laminate.
  • Existing graphics and any preparation needed.
  • The vehicle’s shape and installation requirements.
  • The number and mix of vehicles in a fleet.

Send the vehicle details, photos and artwork to begin. Initial guidance can help you plan, while a final production quote requires the artwork, coverage and preparation to be confirmed.

Film, Television & Special Projects

Vehicle wrapping is also part of our work for the Australian production industry. Our completed work includes more than 25 cars wrapped for Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings, vehicles for a Thor production, Last King of the Cross and television commercials. We cooperate with Australian producers on vehicle wrapping projects.

Our production-related work also includes a Mission: Impossible promotional helicopter project. Existing flat poster artwork was supplied to us; we adapted it for the helicopter’s three-dimensional shape and applied the wrap. This was artwork adaptation and installation, with the original poster design supplied.

Tell us which vehicles or surfaces are involved, the appearance you need and your proposed timing. Supply photographs and any artwork or references, and tell us whether existing film needs assessment. New creative work can start with WrapStyle Graphics; supplied artwork and production enquiries can go directly to Sydney. Film selection, coverage and removal expectations are agreed for the actual job.

Installation Expertise Since 2012

WrapStyle Sydney’s adhesive-material experience, built since 2012, informs the practical work behind a finished wrap: surface assessment, material choice, production preparation and careful fitting around edges, joins and recesses.

The design team and the specialists printing and installing it work as a connected WrapStyle team. We explain the actual vehicle, coverage and preparation requirements before the job is agreed, and discuss care and future removal for the selected materials.

For videos, paste a Google Drive or Dropbox sharing link above. Video files cannot be uploaded directly. Make sure the link allows us to view the files.

We can provide initial guidance from your enquiry. A final quote requires approved artwork and confirmation of the vehicle, coverage and preparation.

      Commercial Wrap Questions

Yes. Send the original logo files and any finished layouts you have. Vector artwork is preferred where available. A photograph or screenshot of a logo may not be suitable for large-format production. The team will review what you supply and explain whether design or file adjustments are needed.

For a design developed through WrapStyle Graphics, you review the concept and a 2D vehicle preview before approving the final artwork. Production follows the agreed approval process.

For supplied artwork, Sydney reviews the files for production and fit, and confirms any required adjustments before printing proceeds.

Timing depends on the approved design, material availability, coverage, preparation and installation scope. Tell us how the vehicle is used and when it can be made available. Confirm the booking and expected handover with the team for your job; there is no single turnaround that fits every vehicle or fleet.

No. Lettering, logo decals or a partial wrap may give you the space you need. Start with the message and the areas available on your vehicle, then compare coverage options.

We work with materials from 3M, Orafol and Avery Dennison where suitable for the application. The exact film and laminate are confirmed for the job, considering the surface, finish, exposure, intended use and future removal.

Expected service life and manufacturer terms depend on the selected product and conditions. Printed, reflective and window graphics may need different material choices.

Follow the instructions for the installed film and finish. Use suitable products for gentle hand washing, avoid automatic car washes and high-pressure washing, and check with the team before adding wax, polish or a coating. Report lifting edges or damage promptly rather than trying to hide the problem with another product.
